Where do your products come from?

We handcraft each and every product here in Northern Arizona.

Helpful Hints

We have found it very useful to place an opened box of baking soda next to your just received product if it is emitting an odor from the finish. Also, placing it outside or in a garage for a day or two will also help to remove any odors.

How fast is shipping?

Orders are processed promptly and shipped within standard domestic timeframes. Delivery speed depends on location, and tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

Training a dog to use the pet steps?

Place a small piece of cooked chicken breast on the top step, let it sit for a few minutes to allow the oil to seep into the carpet. Invite your dog to use the steps with the chicken there as an incentive. This will help to create a positive memory and permanent practice.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Because the shipping costs are significant, we are unable to accept returns. Please contact us if your shipment arrives damaged.

Washing instructions for the fabric slings?

Please wash the fabric slings in cold water and lay flat to dry for best results.
